WRAPhub is a program delivered by the Krasman Centre, serving as a central access point for information about WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) and FWRAP (Family WRAP) groups delivered by various organizations in the Central LHIN and surrounding areas. Through a peer-led and peer-engaged group process, participants learn how to create a personalized recovery system of wellness tools and action plans to achieve a self-directed wellness vision.
